A Question for the Judge

I feel compelled to ask this question of Judge Fawsett from the heart, as Chantal’s stepfather.

If evidence is turned up, of serious wrongdoing by a jury who are sworn to be impartial and true, and a Court bailiff who should have nothing to do with any case, then does it matter how the evidence was obtained, what matters is ... is it true?

Are these people above the law?

Are they answerable to different laws to the rest of us?

Do two wrongs make it right?

Surely, anybody who holds the law in their best interest can at least, look at the evidence and make up their own minds.

It is quite obvious to see that the jury foreman didn’t make up this story, (Why would he?), and if he did someone that disturbed should not have been on a jury, let alone in charge of one.

Yours truly,
