This is the sort of thing that makes even those who want to ignore the injustices of the world take notice. Personally I would not usually get involved in such matters, but this case... smote me, for want of a better expression. It sounds as if Chantal was unaware of the law she was breaking, but even if she was aware, the punishment is ludicrous. And although this 'points system' thing of the American Government may have some attributes in the war against drugs and that, there is no excuse for innocent people getting in the crossfire. Someone should take a look at this case and think again.
