I have just read about this story is Cosmopolitan and am truely discusted by the length of sentence that an American jugde has given Chantal when she would have received just nine months for the crime in England.

We are always reading in the media about rediculos things that happen in America but this defies belief.

Maybe if the American government were less concerned with making a war on the other side of the world to them they might have some time to realise the serious problmes with their legal system (not saying that Britain's is perfect.)

I hope Chantal is free to come home to her family soon.
