I have just read about Chantal's story in the Cosmo mag. I am absolutely disgusted and horrified that in a so called democratic country- the world's only super power such an injustice could occur. In a country that's meant to offer liberty, freedom and justice for all; the entire case makes a mockery of the legal system.

I only hope that Chantal and her family will be reunited very soon and they can start to rebuild their lives and put this awful nightmare behind them.

I think a lot of Americans need to get their heads out of the Hollywood clouds and wake up from their 'American Dreams' and realise what is happening in their own back yard.

I know England is not perfect and yes, there are times when the legal system fails or lets someone down but I live in hope that such injustices would be rectified accordingly.

I really do offer evry support to Chantal's case and I shall be writing to my M.P to make my voice heard.
